Preparing for ministry can feel very practical. We pick a scripture, plan our message, and then move on. Simplicity is fine, but I’ve found that taking time to learn makes the process much more enjoyable.
That’s why I created the Creative Ministry Toolkit. It’s a collection of printables that makes personal study engaging and fun.
More Than Just What to Say
The toolkit shows that becoming a better teacher doesn’t mean memorizing or copying others.
Paul told Timothy to preach “with all patience and art of teaching.” (2 Tim.) I love this. Art can grow over time, and you can still be yourself.

I wanted to create something for the sister who wants to be a better teacher without changing who she is. I also wanted to make ministry prep feel creative, personal, and fun.
You don’t have to go through the toolkit from start to finish. Don’t let it become just another task on your spiritual to-do list. Choose the pages that relate to your current studies. Print the ones you want to explore. Enjoy the process.
Improving our “art of teaching” often begins not with what to say next. Instead, we should slow down and think about what Jehovah is teaching us.
